During last holidays Catherine and I made a trip to Japan. We spent almost 4 weeks there. We took the "Xin Jian Zhen" (China-Japan International Ferry) between Shanghaï and Osaka which was less expensive than planes. That was definitly a good choice. We spent a really nice time on this ship, meeting people from everywhere.
In Japan, we visited several places as Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka but also smaller towns as Kamakura and Matsushima. We really enjoy this trip and definitly want to go back there as soon as possible.
